Managing Principal
Gauri Prakash-Canjels, Ph.D. Economics, has provided economic consulting services in more than 150 cases. She is a seasoned expert witness and has served as an expert in Federal and State courts as well as mediation and the Federal Trade Commission hearings. Prior to being a Managing Principal at Litigation Economics, Dr. Prakash-Canjels was a Consulting Director at Brewer Attorneys and Counselors (formerly, Bickel and Brewer). She was a Managing Director and founding member of GreatBridge Consulting, Inc. Prior to founding GreatBridge Consulting in 2012, Dr. Prakash-Canjels was a Principal at The Kenrich Group, a national business and litigation consulting firm. Her background includes academic, corporate, economic consulting, and non-governmental organization positions.

Managing Principal
Stanley P. Stephenson, Ph.D. Economics, has provided economic litigation services in more than 450 cases. His background includes academic, corporate, economic consulting, and government positions. He was Associate Professor of Economics and Business Administration, The Pennsylvania State University; AVP, Aetna International, Inc.; Managing Director, MESA, Inc., a New York City economic consulting firm; and Regional Commissioner, Bureau of Labor Statistics, San Francisco Region.

Principal
David A. Macpherson, Ph.D., E.M. Stevens Distinguished Professor of Economics, Trinity University. Dr. Macpherson has provided economic litigation services in more than 50 cases. He has provided estimates of economic damages in cases involving breach of contract, personal injury, wrongful death, and employment-related claims. In addition, he has provided analysis for several cases that involved statistical sampling issues.
Principal
Kirk Pischel, MBA, ABV, is an experienced financial analyst who both testifies and has supported more than 100 damages assessments for LE clients in complex commercial and tort litigation. Recent cases have included lost earnings and household production value in personal injury, medical malpractice & wrongful death cases; patent infringement damages; rent and related losses in large construction defect cases; and damages assessment in wage & hour employment disputes.
