Litigation Economics develops and presents economic damages reports for plaintiff attorneys or critiques such reports for defense counsel, providing a range of services in several litigation phases.

  1. Prior to filing a complaint—preliminary damages evaluation
  2. During discovery—support requests for documents, evaluation opposition theories and damages claims, prepare written reports, and provide deposition testimony and questions for opposing expert
  3. During settlement negotiations---present damages case, support structured settlement discussions
  4. Trial preparation—prepare exhibits, provide ‘scripts’ for both direct testimony and cross examination of opposing expert
  5. Trial—provide testimony, in-trial analysis, and tactical support
